# NJBC Governance, Measurement, and Maintenance Package

This package provides the governing framework for the North Jersey Badminton Club's (NJBC) digital and operational sustainability. It integrates the club's "Elite Performance" brand positioning with a strict "Non-AI-First" mandate, ensuring that growth and operations remain human-led, data-grounded, and operationally resilient.
